About Bodhi Tree Care services
I am a Care Support Worker providing assistance to youth, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those in palliative care. My approach is non-judgmental and person-centered, ensuring respectful care regardless of cultural, racial, religious, gender, or sexual identity.I believe everyone is on a unique and beautiful life journey. We may have different beliefs, preferences, and ways of living, but our shared desire for happiness unites us. It's essential to recognize our common humanity and treat each other with kindness and respect.We all deserve to live a life of peace, free from pain and worry, and to find fulfillment in every aspect of our being. Happiness is a fundamental right, and we should support each other in achieving it.Together, we are not alone. By helping one another, we can create a peaceful and joyful life, making our collective journey through life truly awesome.
Who is Liam?
Outside of work, I am a deeply creative person with a passion for arts and music. I enjoy playing guitar, drawing, painting, and engaging in video games, board games, and role-playing dice games with friends. I’ve been in several bands and collaborated on storytelling and role-playing games, creating rich fictional worlds with others.I believe art is essential for a full and colorful life. It has the power to express deep emotions and thoughts that words sometimes can't capture. Whether through visual arts or music, creativity helps us unlock our emotions, from happy memories to processing grief, in a healthy and positive way.Creative activities also offer a chance for personal and social connection, helping individuals explore deeper parts of themselves. They support emotional and spiritual growth, allowing people to express their ideas and feelings freely.In addition to creativity, I enjoy the outdoors and playing sports. I practice Qi Gong and Tai Chi regularly and find that fresh air, sunshine, and connecting with nature are some of the best healers we have.

I have experience working in Residential and community aged care and disability, and also Supported Independent Living accommodation. I have a wide variety of skills and enjoy learning new things as well.

What is a Bodhi tree?
The Bodhi Tree (Ficus religiosa) is where Siddhartha Gautama meditated and attained Enlightenment, becoming the Buddha. Located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, this tree remains a sacred site where people gather to practice in harmony, and Buddha is universally recognized as a symbol of peace.The tree represents connection—to the earth, to each other, and to ourselves. Like a tree made up of diverse branches and roots, it symbolizes unity in diversity, as well as love, protection, growth, patience, strength, and connection to the world and the universe.
